2Pac inducted into Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.

 

Tupac Amaru Shakur was posthumously inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame by his old Death Row Records label-mate Snoop Dogg. In his speech Snoop called Shakur, "the best rapper of all time".

Chance the Rapper’s #MCW2 linked to a streaming deal with Netflix

 

The cameras were out at Chance The Rapper's 'Magnificent Coloring World 2', the followup to Magnificent Coloring Day (which was live streamed on Tidal).This event however, wasn't streamed.

 

With the cameras out, and no media outlets with a live feed, as you can imagine the rumours started circulating. One of them, a streaming deal with Netflix. I dont know about you, but we'd be over the moon if this became a reality.

Lil Wayne departs Cash Money & hints to penning a deal with Roc Nation

 

Lil Wayne generated a surge of controversy during a concert at Slippery Rock in Pennsylvania When he stated:

 

"Is it cool if I just say it?” Wayne said during the show before throwing up the Roc diamond sign. “It’s the Roc. You know I'm a member of that team now. We’ll talk about that later, though.”
